Basic site costs

Typical basic site costs work out around £500(GBP) per 5 page static (brochure type) site, including one domain name, and hosting for one year. Ten page static sites typically cost around £950

• A full colour custom designed web site that best promotes your company and brand, in a style befitting your business and business image
• (X)HTML, Javascript, CSS and other technologies used for coding of layout, navigation, functionality and interaction as required
• Production and optimization of all required web graphics files, including modifications to client supplied images
• Generation of Meta tags for search engine 'spiders' (automatic page finding programs)
• Content text 'tuning' to maximize search engine ranking

• Testing of the pages in various browsers, and at different resolutions
• Uploading all files to the host server
• Submitting and promoting the site to search engines, directories and listings. Please see explanatory note (right) on this important subject
• Applying for link placement/reciprocal links to similar sites, and/or appropriate authorities and trade associations (if requested) during build.
• Hosting the pages as they are built, and providing our clients with password protected URL's, so they can view the work (and comment on it via email) as it is developing.
• Providing comprehensive documentation, including site testing reports (HTML format) covering link and page error checks, and, search engine submission/acceptance reports (HTML format). We provide a copy of the whole site on disk/CD, and include all documentation incurred during build (for example hosting documents, passwords, software and licences if used).
