Here's the bit of script you need to add a close window link to your page

<A href="#null" ONCLICK="window.close('#null','')">Close Window</a>

You can place it anywhere you want in your page, and you can replace the 'Close Window' text with a graphic if you wish.

Try it here, but use control-C on the text to copy it to your clipboard first!
